Pest Daily is seeking a full-time HubSpot Expert to join our dynamic, remote team. As the leading learning and consulting platform for the Pest Control industry, we equip business owners, managers, and teams with the tools, strategies, and systems to grow and scale successfully. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing and managing our HubSpot ecosystem across marketing, sales, and operational workflows—directly impacting how we serve our clients and scale our internal processes.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot's Marketing and Sales Hubs. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing complex automated workflows, maintaining CRM health, and developing efficient lead management systems. Your role will also include building robust reporting dashboards, executing automated marketing campaigns, and optimizing the tools our sales team relies on every day.

This role requires a strong command of HubSpot’s integrations and API capabilities. You’ll maintain and build out connections between HubSpot and other tools like Slack, Calendly, payment systems, and proprietary platforms to streamline communication and operations. You’ll also ensure our data remains clean, segmented, and ready to support advanced lead scoring, lifecycle marketing, and performance analytics.

If you have experience with HubSpot CMS or web development skills in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, that’s a significant bonus. While not required, those skills would allow you to contribute to our web presence by building and maintaining landing pages and enhancing user experiences inside the HubSpot CMS.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on HubSpot experience, a proven track record of workflow automation, CRM architecture, and data management, and is comfortable working with integrations and custom reporting tools. Experience with third-party platforms like Zapier or direct API connections is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams are essential.

Role Requirements Checklist
3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hubs)

Proven expertise building and managing automated workflows

Deep understanding of CRM architecture, contact management, and segmentation

Experience with sales pipeline setup, reporting, and dashboard creation

Ability to build and execute email campaigns and sequences

Proficiency in integrating HubSpot with external tools (Slack, Calendly, etc.)
