Role Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Guest Relations Specialist to handle guest communications and resolve issues during assigned hours. Starting pay is $4 to $5 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $8 per hour through bonuses for additional tasks completed each week—while maintaining exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries/concerns, and audit guest interactions as needed.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.
- Reservation Management: Oversee bookings, resolve disputes, and ensure smooth payment processing.
- Property Information: Provide guests with detailed, accurate information about policies, amenities, and features.
- Administrative Support: Assist with organizational/internal tasks, database management, and lead generation during downtime.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the team to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Airbnb, Hostaway, STRs is a big plus.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable team player who thrives under pressure.
- Self-motivated and dependable, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication.
