You’ll work closely with our leadership to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close new service agreements.
This is a results-based role with a base pay plus commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Generate outbound leads using cold outreach, LinkedIn,
- Qualify prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls and product/service presentations.
- Close deals and hand over to onboarding teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5+ years experience in B2B or digital services sales.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Bonus Skills:
- Account management experience.
(While not required, bonus skills will open opportunities for account growth and upselling.)
Compensation:
Base Pay + Commission: Competitive offer with commission incentives based on closed deals.
Important Note:
Must be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with structured check-ins.
Work Hours:
- 20–30 hours per week depending on sales cycles.
