WordPress & No-Code Web/App Developer (Project-Based, Flexible Hours)

We are looking for a WordPress & No-Code Web/App Developer to join our growing team at ---------- !
You’ll help design and build websites and apps using no-code/low-code platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Wix, FlutterFlow, and Adalo.

This is a project-based position with the opportunity for ongoing part-time or full-time work based on client demand.
Top applicants will be prioritized for immediate projects, and strong candidates will also be considered for future opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Build and customize websites using WordPress, Webflow, and Wix.
- Design and launch no-code mobile apps using FlutterFlow or Adalo.
- Implement minor custom code snippets if needed (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
- Integrate basic API connections when required.
- Collaborate with the creative team for UI/UX updates.
- Deliver projects on time and with clean communication.
Note: Most tools and platforms listed are recommended, not mandatory.
If you are skilled in similar platforms, we are happy for you to use what you are most efficient and confident with.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience with WordPress and no-code development.
- Bonus if you have experience setting up Shopify or WooCommerce stores.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and regular updating during project timelines.
- Ability to follow instructions clearly and meet deadlines.
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience setting up Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce stores.
- Familiarity with basic SEO, content management, or digital marketing tasks.
- Skills in graphic design or UI/UX design (Figma, Canva, Photoshop).
- While not required, applicants with bonus skills will be prioritized for more diverse future projects.

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $4–6 USD/hour (PHP ~22,000–34,000/month depending on hours and skill level).
- Fixed Task Rate: Certain tasks (e.g., landing page design, small site updates) will have a clear expected timeframe and a fixed price based on reasonable project estimations.

Important Note on Timeframes:
- Each task/project will have an agreed maximum timeframe based on typical industry standards.
- This ensures fairness and clear expectations for both sides.
- We are flexible and reasonable — we understand quality work sometimes requires discussion and adjustment.

Work Hours:
- 20–40 hours per week, depending on active projects and the projects' needs.
