Video Editor

We are looking for a talented FULL-Time Video Editor to join our team.

**Responsibilities**

-Edit short-form video ads and content for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

- Produce engaging clips using hooks, subtitles, transitions, sound design, basic animations and storytelling structure

- Occasionally edit long-form content (10–20 min videos) in a clean, social-optimised style (approx. 1 every 2 weeks)

- Maintain brand consistency and polish across all edits

- Deliver videos ready for publishing on deadline

**Expected Output**

- 3–5 short-form videos per day (30–60 sec each)

- 1 long-form video every 2 weeks, delivered within 2–3 working days

- All edits should reflect modern pacing, formatting, and attention to audience engagement

**Expected Expertise**

Fast and reliable internet

- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar

- Strong experience editing for social media and video marketing

- Comfortable working with raw footage and turning it into high-performing content

- Working full-time during Australian business hours (Monday to Friday)

- Proven solid work experience of 2+ years as a video editor

Compensation:

- Pay is flexible — per video or fixed monthly rate depending on experience and output
