I’m looking for a smart, reliable Virtual Assistant to help me source and track applications for my job search. The ideal candidate has fluent, natural-sounding English, is comfortable using ChatGPT, and is detail-oriented with experience in job searching or IT tasks.

Responsibilities
• Search for software engineering roles on company career pages, and select job boards
• Determine if a job is a good fit for my background
• Use my resume and provided templates to tailor applications
• Update a Notion board of all applications with links, date, company, and job title
• Provide a daily list of the best jobs to apply for
• Send a short daily summary email with your activity and highlights

Requirements
• Excellent written conversational English
• Excellent ChatGPT skills
• Comfortable with using VPN to USA IP address
• Microsoft Word, Google Docs, saving to PDF
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic familiarity with IT industry to read and understand a job description
• Familiarity with tech job platforms (LinkedIn, Wellfound, etc.)
• Fast, reliable internet
• Can work asynchronously
