Customer Service, Shipping Specialist, & Outreach Lead Gen

We are looking for someone to fulfill a multi-purpose role here at ---------- . This role will include the following tasks:

-Handling customer service within our TikTok Shop Store

-Monitoring shipments in our 3Pl shipping dashboard and if noticing orders are delayed, to resolve them through customer support

-Finding new leads for potential retail partners around the US. These retail partners are supplement stores around the country. We would ask you that you populate a spreadsheet with the name of the store and their contact info. You will find these leads by browsing online, on yelp, on instagram, on google maps, etc.. get creative and find us contact info to these potential partners! (bonus opportunities here $$$)
