We are a licensed U.S. insurance agency seeking experienced outbound callers or small call center teams to help connect U.S. seniors (65+) with licensed agents for a coverage review campaign launching in late April / May 2025.
This is a live transfer-style role (no appointment setting or data leads). You will call qualified contacts, ask screening questions, and transfer warm prospects directly to our agents.
Qualifications:
Clear spoken English
Experience calling U.S. consumers (preferably in health, insurance, or senior market)
Able to work U.S. time zones
Stable internet and quiet work environment
Bonus if you have previous experience doing warm transfers or live handoffs
Compensation:
Pay-per-minute preferred
Example: $1.50 per minute of connected call time (5–7 minute cap)
Only billable after 60 seconds connected
Paid weekly via Wise or your preferred method after call review
Test batch of 10–20 transfers to start
Note: This job is paid by connected call minute, not a fixed salary. Monthly estimate shown is only for system purposes.
Pay example: $1.50 per connected minute, capped at 5–7 minutes per call.
