VA for Shopify, Data Entry, Photoshop

We’re looking for a virtual assistant to support the behind-the-scenes operations of our coffee shop brand. This role would focus on helping us stay organized, consistent, and growing in both our local and online presence. Key responsibilities would include:
- Managing our Shopify store, keeping the website updated, and handling basic SEO tasks to keep us visible and relevant online. - Using Adobe Photoshop to create labels for our products
- Entering and analyzing sales data using Google Sheets

We'd also love help creating and scheduling social media content, Pinterest pins, and blogs that reflect our brand voice, along with sending out newsletters, running text blasts, and managing Google reviews and profile updates to keep our community engaged.

This person would also help with tracking wholesale orders and customer purchases, ensuring we’re staying on top of our inventory and follow-ups, along with helping to schedule team shoutouts and internal recognition posts to keep morale high. We're looking for someone organized, creative, and proactive who is excited to be part of a community-focused, fast-moving coffee brand with an adventurous and relational spirit.
$5/hr wage to start and will be reevaluated after a brief introductory period
