Technical Writer

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to help document our real estate legal software. You'll learn the platform, then create clear, user-friendly guides such as operating manuals, SOPs, and internal training materials.

What you’ll do:

Learn the ins and outs of our proprietary legal software (used in real estate transactions across Canada)

Create user guides, SOPs, quick reference materials, and internal documentation

Work with legal and operations teams to ensure accuracy and clarity

Update documents as the software evolves

What we’re looking for:

Experience writing technical documentation (legal or software-related a plus)

Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes

Strong written communication skills

Familiarity with Canadian real estate or legal processes is a bonus

Details:

Remote

Contract or part-time / may be closer to full time at the beginning

Immediate start

The ability to work during Toronto business hours (9am - 5pm Eastern Time)
