Virtual assistant/recruiter

Hey everyone! I’m currently looking for a Recruiter to help me find and onboard freelancers for a growing online project.

About the Role:

Fully remote and flexible hours

No advanced skills needed – just good communication and a bit of initiative

You’ll be searching for freelancers online, posting job ads, and helping with basic screening

Great opportunity if you want to gain experience in hiring, virtual work, or online business


Requirements:

Decent English

Internet access and ability to use freelance platforms (like OnlineJobs.ph, Reddit, Facebook groups, etc.)

Willingness to learn and stay consistent

Must be okay with no upfront payment – you’ll be paid at the end or by milestones
