Real Estate Media Virtual Assistant – Photo QC and Delivery Support
Job Overview:
We are a fast-paced real estate media company seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help manage our daily photo and video delivery process. If you have experience in real estate photo editing, virtual staging, file management, and workflow coordination, this role is for you.
You will be responsible for reviewing edited media for quality, ensuring client instructions are followed, uploading files to platforms like Spiro and Dropbox, and providing light editing support. You will also assist with social media content preparation, Zillow 3D tour creation and virtual staging.
Responsibilities:
Photo & Video Quality Control (QC):
* Review edited real estate images for quality issues (e.g., exposure, color cast, sharpness, object removal)
* Perform light edits as needed (e.g., brightness adjustments, removing reflections, correcting tones)
* Ensure all images meet client specifications before delivery
File & Folder Management:
* Rename and organize files in proper order (001, 002, 003…)
* Upload final images, floor plans, and videos to Dropbox and Spiro
* Track file versions across folders to ensure nothing is missed
Platform & Listing Support:
* Upload photos and files into Spiro for each listing
* Add notes when virtual staging or videos will be delivered later
* Monitor listing deliveries to ensure all files are uploaded on time
Virtual Staging:
* Use
* Make adjustments to layout and furniture as needed
* Match the style and preferences for each property
Social Media Content Support:
* Research competitor content
* Suggest ideas for Reels and content posts using Dropbox assets
Workflow & Communication:
* Follow a daily routine for managing incoming files, editing, and uploads
* Communicate with photographers to resolve delays or missing files
* Support team with scheduling and daily delivery deadlines
Qualifications:
* 2+ years experience in real estate photo editing, virtual assistance, or related role
* Strong attention to detail, especially regarding visual quality
* Proficient with:
* Lightroom and Photoshop
* Dropbox
* Spiro (or ability to learn quickly)
* Final Cut Pro or similar video tools
* Familiarity with Instagram, Canva, and social media workflows is a plus
* Fast and reliable internet connection
* Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
* Reliable, proactive, and organized
Nice to Have:
* Canva or Adobe Illustrator experience
* Social media management or content creation experience
