JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time | Level: Senior Full Stack

---------- is a fast-growing tech company in the automotive space. We're on a mission to completely revamp our site and roll out powerful new features — and we need a senior full-stack developer with advanced Laravel skills to take the lead. Not just someone who dabbles in Laravel — we're talking deep framework knowledge, scalable architecture experience, and a proven track record of building production-ready applications.

???? Real Talk
If Laravel is just something on your resume because you used it once, please don’t waste your time (or ours). We need someone who lives and breathes Laravel, who can think architecturally, ship clean code, and optimize like a pro. We’re looking for a full-time tea ---------- mber, not a temporary contractor — someone who’s excited to be a core part of our tech evolution.

???? What You'll Do
Lead the redesign and development of our Laravel-based platform from the ground up.

Architect and implement new features and functionality to meet business goals.

Own both front-end and back-end development responsibilities.

Configure and manage front-end assets (Webpack, etc.).

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with confidence.

Collaborate with our small internal team and coordinate with our external dev agency.

Deliver clean documentation for smooth handoffs and long-term maintainability.

Stay sharp and current with Laravel trends and web development best practices.

???? Technical Skills
Indicate your proficiency in your application:

PHP 7.4+ / Laravel 8 Framework: ______

Modern JavaScript (ES6+) & Webpack: ______

HTML5 / CSS3 / SASS or LESS: ______

Vue.js (or similar front-end frameworks): ______

RESTful APIs / Web Services: ______

MySQL or similar relational databases: ______

Redis / Memcached (Caching): ______

Git (Version Control): ______

Ubuntu Server Administration / Deployment: ______

Docker / Containerization: ______

???? Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve existing Laravel 8 applications: ______

Build new features based on project specs: ______

Optimize for performance and scalability: ______

Manage Webpack and front-end asset compilation: ______

Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code: ______

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in dev and production: ______

Keep up with Laravel and modern web dev trends: ______

? What We’re Looking For
Senior-level experience in full-stack development with a strong Laravel focus.

You’ve led Laravel projects and written custom features that scale.

Experience working with internal stakeholders and external dev teams.

Able to take ownership and drive projects from idea to production.

Bonus points if you’ve worked at a startup or tech-driven company before.

???? How to Apply (Yes, You Really Gotta Do This)

Email
us at ----------

Attach your resume and any relevant project links (GitHub, portfolio, etc.)

Record a short video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself and explaining:

A challenge you faced while redesigning a site

How you solved it

Answer this in your email:

How have you worked with external teams or agencies in the past?

Rate your proficiency in the technical skills and responsibilities listed above.

And most importantly:
Sign your email with the phrase "SUI SNE GLEVARAL A MA I"
(That’s "I AM A LARAVEL GENIUS" spelled backwards — if you miss this, you’re disqualified. It shows us you’re paying attention and can follow instructions.)

We’re a small team with big ideas, and we value people who take pride in their craft, move fast, and solve problems without drama. If you’re ready to build something meaningful — and you’re really good at Laravel — we can’t wait to hear from you.
