Marketing Tech & Automation Specialist

???? About the Role:
Shane Homes is a high-performance, fast-growing real estate company based in Westlake Village, CA. We’re looking for a **tech-savvy executor** to help us build and run the **backend marketing engine** that powers our lead generation and content workflows.

This role is **strictly implementation-focused**. You don’t need to come up with marketing strategies — you just need to build what we map out. If you’re obsessed with integrations, automations, clean systems, and efficient execution — you’ll thrive here.

???? Responsibilities:
- Build and manage landing pages (HubSpot, or custom HTML/CSS)
- Implement automations and integrations across platforms like:
- HubSpot
- Zapier
- Google Sheets / Airtable
- Email marketing platforms
- Work with designer-supplied graphics and convert them into fully functional pages
- Set up and manage:
- CRM segmentation & tagging
- Pixel and event tracking (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
- Email flows and automations
- Track KPIs and performance metrics: **Lead Gen**, **Revenue**, **Funnel Execution**
- Manage remote creative contractors (editors, designers, VAs)
- Keep projects moving forward and ensure deadlines are hit every week

- Proven experience with HubSpot, Zapier, and marketing automation
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and front-end implementation
- Strong understanding of lead gen funnels and how backend systems connect
- Familiarity with performance tracking and KPI reporting
- Experience managing virtual teams and keeping multiple projects organized
- Attention to detail, ability to self-manage, and proactive communication
