I'm Hiring a Full-Time Video Editor for Short-Form & Long-Form Content + Thumbnails ($200/Month) — READ CAREFULLY ????

Hey there,

I'm a content creator and entrepreneur producing a high volume of short-form and long-form videos across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

I’m looking for a rockstar video editor who’s not just technically skilled—but also has great taste and can make videos that people actually want to watch.

Types of Videos You’ll Be Editing:
- Talking-head videos: Me speaking directly to the camera. You’ll need to cut out dead space, add state-of-the-art captions, transitions, fix audio/lighting when needed, and make it look clean and snappy.

- Presentation videos: I annotate on an iPad or computer while talking. You’ll be mixing camera + screen recording, adding highlights, emphasis effects, etc.

- Car edits: Raw b-roll of me filming my BMW M440i. You’ll be cutting these into viral montages that feel cinematic and high-energy.

- Reaction/commentary content: I review other people’s clips or videos. You’ll need to zoom/pan, time reactions perfectly, and add ---------- s or visuals that enhance the entertainment value.

- VSL (Video Sales Letter): These need to look clean, modern, and authentic to resonate with a younger audience (Iman Gadzhi style).

You MUST Be Good At:
Editing short-form (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) AND long-form YouTube videos

Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling

Eye-catching captioning (Alex Hormozi style or better)

Fixing bad lighting or audio when needed

Creating modern, scroll-stopping YouTube thumbnails (this is a MUST)

Using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, etc.

Taking feedback well and working quickly without sacrificing quality
