Job Title: Web Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team as a dedicated web designer, focusing on crafting visually appealing and functional websites for our US-based clients using WordPress/Elementor.

Responsibilities:

- Design visually stunning, user-friendly websites using WordPress and Elementor based on client requirements and creative briefs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools to present concepts to clients and tea ---------- mbers.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs align with client branding and project objectives.
- Implement website designs primarily through Elementor’s drag-and-drop interface, with minor tweaks to layouts or styles as needed.
- Ensure websites are optimized for aesthetics, responsiveness, and client satisfaction, conducting quality checks before delivery.

Qualifications:

- Strong design sensibility with a portfolio showcasing website designs, ideally built with WordPress and Elementor.
- Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor for designing and building websites using drag-and-drop functionality.
- Experience with at least one design tool such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva for creating mockups or graphics.
- Basic understanding of website functionality; no heavy coding knowledge required (HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to discuss designs and collaborate with the team.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate US business hours (evening/night shifts in Philippines time).

Roadmap:

Month 1: Part-Time Onboarding - Start part-time at $4/hour, learning our processes, collaborating on initial projects, and delivering high-quality designs using WordPress and Elementor. You’ll be working 1on1 with our head designer from day one.

Month 2: Growth & Impact - Take on more projects, refine your workflow, and contribute creative ideas. Exceptional work earns project-based bonuses for killer designs that wow our clients.

Month 3: Full-Time Transition - Scale to a full-time role as our agency expands, with the potential for hourly rate increases based on performance and impact. Continue earning bonuses for outstanding project delivery.
