Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & Outreach for Automation Service (Entry-Level, Long-Term Potential)

Hi there! I'm launching a service that helps business owners save time by automating their most repetitive and annoying tasks using tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, and Notion.

I’m looking for a smart, resourceful VA to help me:

Research people online who are wasting time on manual tasks
Start conversations with them (via DM or email)
Track leads and responses in a simple spreadsheet or Airtable
The goal is simple: help me land our first client and prove that we can save them time. If this works, we’ll turn it into a long-term role and grow from there.

What You'll Be Doing:

Search Reddit, Twitter/X, Facebook Groups, Slack communities, and other forums for people struggling with repeat tasks (like client onboarding, lead follow-ups, data entry, etc.)
Log their names, links to their posts, and contact info in Airtable
Send outreach messages using short, friendly templates I’ll provide
Track replies and follow up as needed
Optional: make suggestions about what we could automate for them (we can train you!)
You’re a good fit if you:

Speak and write English fluently
Enjoy internet sleuthing / research
Are comfortable sending cold messages or emails
Are detail-oriented and can track info in a spreadsheet
Are curious about no-code automation (Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.)
Pay:
$4–6/hour to start. This is a part-time freelance role (5–10 hours/week) with room to grow. Bonuses available for leads that turn into clients.
