Remote UI/UX Designer & Technical Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a talented and detail-driven UI/UX Designer who can also create structured technical documentation for mobile and web app projects. This role combines visual creativity with precision in communication—ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into clear, functional designs and well-documented requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Branding:

Create end-to-end visual workflows, wireframes, and user journeys for new app builds.

Design professional brand kits, including logos, design palettes, fonts, and UI components.

Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create high-quality visual assets.

Technical Documentation:

Produce detailed documentation for app features, functions, and user interface behavior.

Convert design concepts and business goals into structured requirement documents.

Annotate screens and workflows with usage rules, logic, and integration notes.

Collaboration & Communication:

Coordinate with product managers, developers, and clients to gather input and feedback.

Prepare materials for design reviews, handoffs, and presentations.

Ensure designs and documents align with the client's vision and project goals.

Qualifications:
2+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably for SaaS, mobile apps, or startup products.

Strong portfolio showcasing app workflows, branding, and UI design.

Experience writing clear, structured documentation for development handoff.

Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar tools.

Familiar with design systems and responsive design best practices.

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Background in front-end development or product design.

Experience with project tools like Notion, Jira, Trello, or Confluence.

Familiarity with mobile app UX guidelines (iOS & Android).

Knowledge of accessibility and internationalization best practices.
