Graphic Designer – Art Files
We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and specialize in managing and preparing art files for production. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering high-quality designs. If you’re proficient in Adobe Illustrator and have experience working with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, organize, and manage art files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with the design team to review and refine product artwork for apparel, mugs, and accessories.
Ensure all art files adhere to platform standards and production requirements.
Perform quality checks on designs to ensure consistency and technical accuracy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align designs with eCommerce requirements for Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon.
Stay up-to-date on trends and production techniques to enhance design processes.

Qualifications:

2+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong focus on file preparation and production.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant creative software.
Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on design quality and accuracy.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This involves organizing and managing sample art files to evaluate your skills in quality checking, file preparation, and meeting production standards. Please note that this task test is paid—you will be compensated for your time if you are selected to proceed. Detailed instructions and access to the test files will be provided upon selection.

Step 3: Final Interview
Successful candidates from the task test will proceed to the final interview for an in-depth discussion about your experience, skills, and alignment with our team.

Work Schedule:

Hours: 9am EST - 5pm EST

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
