Virtual Assistant (Instagram Content & Growth)

About the Role:
We're looking for a creative, proactive Instagram Manager to help grow the online presence of Mila, a digital AI influencer. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to build engagement, spot trends, and create eye-catching short-form content that stops the scroll.

Responsibilities:

Create or repurpose 1–2 short-form videos daily (Reels) using content provided via Google Drive

Write engaging captions and select smart, trend-aligned hashtags

Post 90+ meaningful, genuine comments per day on target Instagram accounts to boost organic reach

Schedule and post content consistently

Reply to DMs and comments in a natural, friendly tone

Track growth metrics (likes, follows, views, engagement) using a simple log

Assist with light admin tasks: content calendar, file organization, etc.

You're a Great Fit If You:

Have experience editing Reels with CapCut, Canva, InShot, or similar tools

Understand Instagram growth strategies (especially using engagement techniques)

Write short, natural-sounding comments that don't feel automated

Are organized, consistent, and results-driven

Have access to a reliable internet connection and an Instagram-compatible device

Tools You’ll Use:

Google Drive

Instagram

ChatGPT (for captions), WhatsApp for communication
