Pay: $3/hour, paid weekly (non-negotiable)
Bonus: $50 incentive for every qualified lead that turns into a signed commercial cleaning contract

Job Overview:
Renew Cleaning Solutions is a premium commercial and residential cleaning business based in Maryland, USA. We are hiring a reliable and experienced Virtual Assistant to conduct research and lead generation focused on securing commercial cleaning contracts in 4 counties in Maryland - Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, Baltimore County, and Howard County.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying businesses that are likely to need recurring cleaning services. You must be fluent in English and confident making outbound calls to U.S.-based companies.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct online research to find decision-makers and contact details for commercial properties in target counties
• Build and maintain a clean, organized lead tracker in Google Sheets or CRM
• Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to introduce services and set appointments
• Qualify leads based on size, frequency of cleaning needs, and decision-making readiness
• Track outreach efforts daily and provide summary reports
• Create initial and follow-up email drafts and proposal templates

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 year of experience in lead generation or sales outreach
• Fluent in spoken and written English (you will be calling U.S. businesses)
• Comfortable with outbound cold calling and professional follow-up
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and basic CRM tools
• Reliable internet and quiet work environment
• Bonus if you’ve worked in the commercial cleaning or facilities industry
