EXPERIENCED Social Media Growth Hack Manager – Strategie & Content-Management

We are looking for a experienced structured, independent, Social Media Manager to ensure that all our activities run smoothly and efficiently across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain content calendars.
- Oversee and optimize daily social media activities.
- Manage a Team
- Maintain quality control and brand consistency.
- Delegate tasks, monitor progress.
- Analyze performance data and suggest improvements.
- Stay active in Telegram groups, subreddits, and comment sections.

Requirements:
- Experience Managing Team
- Experience Growing Businesses (need to have track record. write in your application)
- IQ 120+
- Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Time Doctor, CapCut, Canva, YouTube Studio.
- Ability to work independently and proactively without micromanagement.

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with content repurposing (e.g., turning a TikTok into a YouTube Short and an Instagram Reel).
- Experience in affiliate marketing or coupon code promotions.
- Ability to bring creative ideas for content and distribution.
