As we grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Client Communications Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to manage and enhance all marketing operations in-house and contribute directly to lead generation and brand growth.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to take over and improve upon the marketing functions currently managed by our external agency. This person will be responsible for overseeing SEO, Google Ads, website and landing page management (WordPress), social media strategy, and additional lead generation initiatives. The role will also include handling inbound phone calls and scheduling appointments when our AI system is unable to do so.
Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of and optimize all digital marketing efforts, including:
- SEO strategy and execution
- Google Ads campaigns
- WordPress website updates and maintenance
- Landing page creation and optimization
- Social media management and content creation
• Develop and implement new strategies to generate high-quality leads.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for growth and advise on additional marketing channels.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Handle inbound client calls and scheduling when not managed by the AI system.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service during client interactions.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, WordPress, and social media management.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion best practices.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with call handling, customer service, or administrative support is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
