Full-Time SEO Specialist & Project Manager
Remote – Open to applicants based in the Philippines

We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency looking for a reliable, detail-oriented SEO Specialist & Project Manager to join our team full-time. This is a long-term, stable position for someone who loves both technical SEO and coordinating website projects.

We build custom websites and help businesses grow through smart website design and SEO. As a small, friendly team, we’re looking for someone who wants to contribute, grow with us, and be treated like a valued teammate—not just a freelancer.

What You’ll Be Doing

SEO Tasks:
- Keyword research and content planning
- Set up and manage SEMRush for tracking and audits
- Write and optimize titles, meta descriptions, and headings
- Suggest improvements to website content and structure
- Draft website copy and blog posts (with a focus on SEO best practices)

Project Coordination Tasks:
- Manage timelines and task lists for multiple projects
- Communicate with our internal team and clients (clear written English is important)
- Help keep projects organized, moving forward, and on schedule
- Join client discovery and strategy calls (with U.S. time zone flexibility) (Optional)

Ensure SEO strategy is implemented properly by our developers

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of SEO experience (on-page, keyword research, content strategy)
- Excellent written and spoken English fluency
- Strong WordPress experience is required (you should be comfortable editing content in WordPress, and making basic updates)
- Highly organized and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and keeping things on track
- A positive attitude and a team mindset—we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us

Must be able to work at least 4–5 hours overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST)
