Real Estate VA

Job Title:
Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Social Media & CRM Support (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Salary:
$5-$8 USD/hour (depending on experience)

Job Overview:
We are a fast-paced, U.S.-based real estate business looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong social media skills, CRM experience, and an eye for detail. You’ll help us stay organized, keep clients updated, and manage our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create social media graphics, reels ideas, and captions using Canva or similar tools
• Schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Prepare weekly feedback reports for clients based on showings and agent feedback (template provided)
• Maintain and update CRM with leads, notes, and activity logs
• Assist with inbox management, simple data entry, and follow-ups
• Track basic performance metrics for social content (optional)

Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience as a real estate VA or in a similar role
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and social media schedulers
• Familiarity with CRMs like Follow Up Boss, KVCore, LionDesk, etc.
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work U.S. hours (Eastern or Central Time preferred)

Bonus (Not Required):
• Video editing experience (InShot, CapCut, etc.)
• Knowledge of U.S. real estate processes or terminology
• Email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Constant Contact

Working Hours:
20–40 hours per week
(We can start part-time and scale up based on performance)
