We're currently seeking a skilled and creative Web Designer to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about clean, user-centric design and is comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop website layouts, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
Translate business requirements into engaging and functional web interfaces
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure design feasibility and consistency
Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance
Maintain design consistency across all digital touchpoints

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio of past work
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices in responsive web design
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development collaboration
Experience with content management systems
Experience designing for e-commerce platforms is a plus
