We’re hiring for the role of GHL (GoHighLevel) Expert

About the Role:

We’re looking for someone who’s confident using GoHighLevel (GHL) and knows how to run paid ads to help grow our creative agency.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Director to manage GHL systems, set up automations, and handle ad campaigns that bring in great results.

What You’ll Do:

GHL & Automations

- Set up and manage funnels, email campaigns, and automations using GoHighLevel & Zapier.
- Create workflows, booking systems, and lead tracking pipelines.
- Keep track of results and improve campaigns when needed.

Media Buying

- Run and manage paid ad campaigns (mainly Facebook & Instagram).
- Adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives to get better results.
- Track and report on ad performance.

Support & Organization

- Help prepare proposals, SOPs, and other documents for the team and clients.
- Work with the Creative Director to improve how we do things inside the agency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in marketing and advertising.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong experience using GoHighLevel – you know your way around the platform.
- Experience running paid ads (especially Meta/Facebook ads).
- Great at organizing tasks and managing time.
- Clear communicator, both written and spoken.
- Takes initiative and self motivated
- Detail oriented with an eye for design
- Bonus if you know Canva, Google Docs, and any project management tools (ClickUp, Slack).
- Can work independently and able to work with a team.
