High Level Outbound Sales Development Specialist

Credit Suite is currently seeking a foreign contractor to join our Sales Development Team.

Daily required call volume: 
5 hours Outbound time: 225+ calls 
3 hours Inbound time: Number of calls depends on the daily Aircall volume. 
Make Outbound calls while utilizing designated Setter Call ---------- e our Fix Your Funnel dialer, Aircall and our Zendesk CRM. 
Follow a provided ---------- e our Calendly scheduler to set appointments for our Sales and Finance teams. 
Confirm and remind of appointments via SMS/Call/Email. 
Reschedule appointments (if requested by sales/finance reps or leads)
Answer FYF Inbound calls 
AC Inbound call Support for Sales team (as scheduled)
Make Live Transfers or Call back requests for sales or finance reps. 
Provide accurate data entry and notes on customer interactions. 

The ideal candidate will: 

Have a strong BPO/call center background and excellent customer service skills. 
Have experience or a good understanding of what a home based job entails.
Have strong computer skills. 
Have perfect english with a neutral accent. 
A reliable high-speed internet connection at least 10 MBPS, with a backup. 
Provide your own computer and a noise cancelling headset. 
Have this be your only employment. 
Conduct themselves with honesty and integrity
Be equally cooperative and competitive! 
Details: 

This is a full-time position
This will require an 8 hour shift, work hours could be between 9 am - 9 pm ET. 
Starting hourly rate is $5 USD per hour
Setters can also earn a monthly bonus upon regularization (3 months of tenure with good performance). Bonus details will be discussed in detail during job offer.
