Key Responsibilities: Working on a system called "Migration Manager"
Migration Manager System Tasks:
• Review, check and verify all client data entered into Migration Manager (names, passport details, visa history, education/employment)
• Import and upload new client documents to the relevant matter
• Organise file notes, create tasks, and maintain accurate timelines
• Prepare application ready document checklists based on visa subclass
• Triple-check all forms, declarations, and attachments for consistency and completeness (accuracy is everything)
• Monitor and track outstanding documents and send polite follow-ups to clients (via
Application Preparation (Pre-Lodgement):
• Review all drafted relevant visa forms for RMA review
• Format and label PDFs in accordance with DHA requirements
• Prepare files into lodgement-ready bundles
• Assist with evidence summaries and cross-checking attachments against checklist items. (Matching data from documents to system and vice versa)
• Flag and highlight any inconsistencies or missing information
Quality Assurance:
• Maintain 100?ta accuracy and consistency across all systems
• Apply logical and critical thinking to spot gaps or errors before submission
• Ensure all documents are named, labelled, and saved in correct folders
