More about the position:

Quality Control and Assurance: Review survey questionnaires, reports, programmed surveys, proposals, and other documents for accuracy and writing quality

Quantitative research: Prepare comprehensive research reports including graphs/charts and narratives

Data collection: Program and test surveys to ensure accuracy, sample design, and survey distribution, collect secondary data from existing survey reports or industry background research

Data analysis: Provide data analysis support in Excel, creating custom configurations such as Pivot tables

Data visualization: Create visuals for reporting and dashboards (Powerpoint, Canva, Looker Studio, etc.)

Qualitative Research: Assist in managing and analyzing focus groups or in-depth interviews, coding and analyzing open-ended responses

Project organization: Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, update project management trackers, and provide assistance as assigned to the senior research team

Required qualifications:
-At least one year of market or opinion research experience
-Excellent command of the English language
-An associate’s degree or higher
-Strong communication skills
-Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
