Role: Instagram Outreach Virtual Assistant
Pay: $3–$5/hour (based on experience + performance bonuses)
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)

???? About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated and reliable virtual assistant to help manage Instagram DM outreach and engagement. Your job is simple: follow a proven outreach system to start meaningful convos, qualify leads, and drive interest in our business.

You’ll be messaging prospects, replying to comments, engaging with followers, and helping grow our brand presence.

? Responsibilities:
Send daily outreach DMs from our Instagram account(s) using our scripts

Track responses, organize convos, and qualify potential leads

Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and replying to story polls/questions

Update reports and metrics on outreach performance

Follow set processes — we’ll train you on everything

???? Requirements:
Strong written English (must sound natural in DMs)

Experience doing IG outreach or social media engagement

Reliable internet & available for daily check-ins

Self-starter who can follow SOPs and hit daily targets

Familiar with Google Sheets, IG app, and basic DM tools (bonus if you’ve used ManyChat or similar)
