Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Walmart

Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Manage product listings on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Walmart

Make sure all listings follow platform rules—especially for supplements and teas

Keep an eye on Account Health and inventory levels on Amazon and Walmart

Oversee order fulfillment on TikTok and Shopify

Handle customer service on all platforms: Amazon, TikTok, Shopify, Instagram & Walmart

Respond to customer inquiries, process refunds, and handle replacements

Help out with other support tasks as needed
