Customer Service & Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from warm leads, addressing questions about our moving services.
Schedule moving dates and coordinate logistics to meet customer needs.
Confidently confirm bookings with interested clients, ensuring a seamless process.
Make outbound calls to realtors to establish and nurture partnership opportunities.
Update customer and partner details in our CRM system.
Deliver outstanding service to maintain high customer satisfaction and strong realtor relationships.
Address concerns and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Requirements:

Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, and Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM EST.

Own computer, reliable internet (with speed test proof), and a quiet workspace.
Experience with CRM tools and VOIP phone systems.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional tone.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable closing bookings with warm leads (no cold calling required for sales) and making outbound calls to realtors for partnerships.
