Wordpress Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing and developing responsive websites using WordPress, a strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and WordPress theme customization, and a good understanding of marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities:
_ Develop and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using WordPress
_ Customize themes and templates to align with brand guidelines
_ Create and manage content using WordPress’s block editor and custom post types
_ Troubleshoot and resolve website issues or plugin conflicts
_ Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
_ Maintain clean and organized WordPress environments and follow development best practices
_ Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure project success
_ Support email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
_ Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements
_ Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress updates, plugins, and best practices

Qualifications:

Required:
_ Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (portfolio required)
_ Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and responsive design principles
_ Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP
_ Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
_ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
_ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
_ Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
_ Experience working with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
_ Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Klaviyo
_ Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Yoast, Rank Math)
