JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing skincare brand seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team and provide exceptional email support to our customers. You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and comfortable handling 300+ tickets per day with speed, accuracy, and empathy.

Responsibilities:
Respond to a high volume of customer emails (300+ per day) using pre-written templates and custom replies when needed.

Resolve order issues, shipping questions, and product inquiries with professionalism.

Maintain a positive brand tone and uphold our high standards of customer experience.

Collaborate with our internal team to escalate issues or provide feedback from customers.

Requirements:
Fluent English speaker with excellent grammar and communication skills.

Proven experience in high-volume email support (ideally in eCommerce or beauty/skincare).

Familiarity with customer support tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar.

Fast typing speed and ability to multitask effectively.

Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours.

WAGE/SALARY PER MONTH
$600–$900 USD/month (depending on experience)
