Virtual Assistant – Social Media, Lead Gen & Customer Support (Beauty Industry)

Overview:
We are seeking a creative, organized, and beauty-savvy Virtual Assistant to support two growing brands:
• Just Start Now – A prebuilt dropshipping website service helping beauty entrepreneurs launch their online store fast.
• I Am Ashley Reynolds – A personal brand showcasing high-quality wigs, hair extension work, and beauty education.

This role begins as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, long-term position. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and great at follow-through—someone who can take ownership of their tasks, meet deadlines, and keep things moving without constant micromanagement. We love flexibility, but we care about consistency and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Just Start Now
Social Media (TikTok & Instagram):
• Repurpose and schedule existing content for posts (3–5x per week)
• Add trending audio, captions, transitions, and edits in apps like CapCut or Canva
• Engage with comments, DMs, and interact on relevant hashtags to grow reach

Lead Generation:
• Identify and engage with potential customers (beautypreneurs, wigmakers, stylists)
• Strategically interact with ideal clients on social media to build awareness

Customer Support:
• Monitor inbox for email inquiries and DMs
• Respond to inquiries with pre-written scripts and FAQs
• Route custom store requests to intake forms and send onboarding instructions to new clients

I Am Ashley Reynolds
Content Support:
• Take existing wig/haircolor content and turn it into engaging posts (IG + TikTok)
• Create captions using beauty-industry language
• Plan and maintain a light 1–2 month content calendar focused on education/showcase (not sales-heavy)

Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills – you take ownership, stay on top of your tasks, and follow through without micromanagement
• Experience with TikTok & Instagram content (posting, editing, trends)
• Strong written English and ability to match brand voice
• Knowledge of the beauty industry (wigs, hair extensions, coloring techniques)
• Canva & CapCut (or similar editing tools)
• Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, dropshipping, and/or product sourcing

Compensation & Schedule:
• Trial Period (1 month): $5/hour (10–15 hours/week)
• Post-Trial Part-Time: $6/hour
• Full-Time Opportunity: $7–$8/hour (after 6 months based on performance, up to 40 hrs/week)
• Flexible hours — as long as deadlines are met
• Daily check-ins required
