Inbound Sales Representative – MoveBright Moving & Storage

We’re a white-glove, 5-star quality moving company with the highest Google Reviews rating in our market, and we need a dedicated Inbound Sales Representative who’s eager to help our successful small business grow even more. This fully remote role offers you the freedom to work from anywhere, connect with customers, share our top-tier services, and earn a competitive income with unlimited potential!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM EST – 6:00 PM EST, and Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM EST (US time zone)

Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from prospective customers
- Educate clients on MoveBright’s services and offerings
- Convert leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer service
- Make outbound calls to realtors to build partnerships
- Create quotes for 2-bedroom or smaller moves
- Communicate with the MoveBright team regarding any changes, updates, or relevant information via ---------- app
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Reach out to realtors of homes we have estimates and/or moves for to seek partnership

Requirements:
- Knowledge of moving industry preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Sales experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
