We’re hiring a Full-Time Transaction Coordinator (Backup Role) to support our U.S.-based real estate team. This is a long-term opportunity with a company that values loyalty, clear systems, and team growth.

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting our lead Transaction Coordinator with contract-to-close tasks
Managing documents, timelines, and
Using checklists and systems to track each deal
Light communication with clients and agents as needed (strong English is important)
Assisting with
What We’re Looking For:
Detail-oriented and able to follow set processes
Strong written and spoken English
Tech-savvy (experience with CRMs, spreadsheets, and
Willing to work full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (U.S. Central Time)
No other full-time jobs during this schedule—we need your full focus
Real estate experience is a bonus, but not required—we will train the right person
