Influencer Outreach & UGC Partnership Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)

We are an international fashion brand working with influencers to generate high-quality, authentic UGC. We are looking for a proactive and organized VA to help us:

? Find and reach out daily to small influencers (especially micro & nano) on Instagram and TikTok who match our brand persona.
? Propose collaborations by product gifting in exchange for video content.
? Follow up with influencers to confirm agreements.
? Input all partnership details into Google Sheets, including:
• Influencer name
• Instagram username
• Shipping address
• Type of content promised
• Status of the partnership

Ideal candidate:
Fluent in English

Familiar with Instagram and TikTok

Good writing/communication skills

Responsible and detail-oriented

Google Sheets proficiency.
