Creative Ops & Systems Project Manager (Freelance, Part-Time)

I run four growing businesses across food, media, podcasting and design.

Each business has strong direction and market potential but I need help creating systems for each. I'm looking for someone who can build structure, manage projects, and help me finally scale the right way.

About the Role:
You’ll be the back-end brain of my business ecosystem. Your job is to take chaos and create order, to turn scattered processes, stuck projects, and floating tasks into repeatable, organized, streamlined systems.

This is a part-time freelance role with the potential to grow as the businesses grow.

What You’ll Do:
1. Organize My Business Universe
Set up dashboards across all brands (ClickUp, Slack, Notion, or Airtable. we’ll pick one)

Build project tracking systems and file organization

Manage a clean overview of projects, deadlines, and team tasks

2. Build Systems & SOPs
Document how things get done (client onboarding, content creation, delivery workflows)

Turn repeated processes into scalable playbooks

Help streamline how I work with contractors, freelancers, and clients

3. Manage Projects & Freelancers
Track deliverables

Coordinate with designers, and VAs

Ensure deadlines are hit and nothing falls through the cracks

4. Help with Sales Flow & Outreach
Set up a simple CRM or sales tracker

Organize cold outreach templates (DMs, emails)

What I’m Looking For:
You’ve built systems before, maybe for an agency, creative team, or fast-moving founder.

You thrive in early-stage environments and know how to bring clarity to chaos

You understand creative work (bonus points if you’ve worked in branding, video, or content before)

You’re resourceful, if something doesn’t exist, you build it

You write clearly, think in checklists, and know how to manage timelines

You don’t need babysitting, I give you the idea, you turn it into a process
