Experienced Webmaster/Website Manager

About the Role:
We’re hiring a dedicated Webmaster with strong skills in WordPress, Elementor, and site optimization. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who can take full ownership of our websites, keep them running smoothly, and continuously improve performance.

Working Hours:
You must be available to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build, manage, and maintain websites using WordPress + Elementor
• Ensure sites are secure, responsive, and load fast across all devices
• Handle plugin/theme updates, site backups, and troubleshooting
• Optimize speed and performance using caching, image compression, and CDN
• Implement and improve SEO fundamentals (meta tags, alt texts, schema, etc.)
• Collaborate with team for landing pages, lead forms, and campaign support
• Manage DNS, SSL certificates, hosting environments, and domain renewals

Requirements:
• 3+ years of proven experience with WordPress and Elementor
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and SEO
• Experience with site performance tools (e.g., GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights)
• Knowledgable in CDN's like CLoudflare, and interfaces such as cPanel, hosting, and site migrations.
• Clear written and spoken English for team communication
• Ability to work independently and stay organized

Bonus Skills:
• WooCommerce management
• Graphic design for web (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, or other analytics tools
