JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a busy photography company looking for a reliable and organized assistant to help with daily tasks. This is a full-time job, Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM EST.

What You'll Be Doing:

Marketing Tasks:
- Post on social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create simple graphics using Canva or Photoshop
- Write captions, blogs, and promotional content
- Run paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, or Google
- Send email campaigns and follow up with leads
- Help grow our audience and get new clients


Client Support:
- Answer phone calls and help clients with bookings
- Follow up with leads and past clients
- Reply to messages and emails
- Keep client notes and information organized
- Make sure clients are happy and taken care of


Admin Tasks:
- Manage calendars and appointments
- Keep track of projects and deadlines
- Help with reports, updates, and follow-ups
- Stay organized and support the team


What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Good at communicating and staying organized
Experience with social media, marketing, or customer service
Comfortable using Canva, Photoshop, or willing to learn
Familiar with tools like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience in photography or real estate is a bonus
