Bridal Transformation Appointment Setters To drive NEW bridal transformation revenue by:

Generating conversations with NEW brides-to-be from our inbound marketing & social media (lead generation)
Re-engaging and re-setting leads who didn't initially show up to their scheduled Bridal Strategy Sessions (follow-up)
Pre-qualify brides to determine whether they're a good fit for our transformation program

Note: Due to the demographic of our lead base, this role is for females only with a very very good grasp of English.
Outcomes/KPIs
$20,000 in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum)
10-12 closed sets of our bridal ---------- price point
Generate 60 calls per month (approx 2-3/day) through organic & outbound marketing methods
20% minimum "set-to-close" closing ratio
Daily execution of team & administrative tasks
Morning Huddles via zoom
End of Day report
Update your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM
Compensation
Compensation Structure
Basic Pay: 40 Hours Per week = $800-$1200 depending on experience
Commission: Dependant on experience and calls booked
Bonus: You receive a $200 bonus for every $20,000 in revenue generated (Eg: $200 for 20k, $400 for 40k, etc…)
Expected Earnings: $2000-$5000
Time Requirements
This is a full time, 40 hours / wk position
Be available for the shift patterns needed to book a high volume of calls
Be available to communicate through slack 9am-8pm GMT daily
This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere
Progression/Training
Training
Constant training will be given to upskill and improve numbers
Attendance at training zoom calls will be expected
Additional training will be given for progression into other roles if wanted
Progression
There are opportunities to progress into a closer role too or a hybrid of setting/closing
