Product Research & Media Buying Assistant (Full-Time, Remote)

PIXELER LTD is an international ecommerce company scaling rapidly across Africa. We run multiple online stores and are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Product Research & Media Buying Assistant to join our team full-time.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
? Daily product research using Facebook Ad Library, Adsparo, and Spy tools
? Product validation and creative sourcing (videos, images)
? Input and analyze Meta Ads data into Google Sheets (CTR, CPL, Hook Rate, etc.)
? Launch & manage ABO test campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager
? Product listing & creative organization (using our store backend & folders)

You’ll be working directly with our founder and senior team and play a vital role in discovering winning products and optimizing ad campaigns.

???? What You Need to Succeed:
1+ year of experience in ecommerce

Strong experience in Facebook Ad Library, spy tools, and creative research

Familiarity with KPIs like CTR, CPL, Conversion Rates

Confident using Google Sheets, Facebook Ads Manager, and ecommerce platforms (Shopify or similar)

Can work independently and deliver daily tasks without follow-up

Fast, reliable internet connection and a working laptop
