Virtual Assistant – Appointment Setter (Instagram Outreach – Property Niche)

We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage outbound messaging on Instagram. You will be responsible for identifying qualified leads in the property space and sending pre-written outreach messages. All conversations and tracking will be logged in a shared system.

Responsibilities:
Identify high-quality leads in the UK property space (e.g. developers, estate agents, investors) on Instagram

Send 50 outbound messages per day (using a preset message we provide), totaling 1000 per month

Cross-check leads against a LinkedIn list we provide to avoid overlap

Track:

Who was messaged

Date messaged

Whether the message was opened

Whether a reply was received

Update and maintain a shared Google Sheet daily

Requirements:
Strong written English and professional communication style

Experience with Instagram for lead generation or VA work

Familiarity with Google Sheets

Attention to detail and consistency

Able to work during UK hours (GMT/BST)

Compensation:
$250 USD/month

This is a part-time role (1.5–2 hours per day, 5 days per week)

Potential for pay increase based on reliability, lead quality, and consistency
