JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Executive Assistant to support the founders of a fast-growing wellness brand in the pet space. If you’re highly organized, great at managing tasks, open to learning and taking on new responsibilities and love staying ten steps ahead—this role is for you.

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing and organizing executive email inboxes
Coordinating team communication, follow-ups, and scheduling
Assisting with daily operational and administrative tasks
Handling payments, invoices, and general expense management
Helping keep our leadership team organized and focused
