Ads Launcher for Fashion Dropshipping Stores (Long-Term Position)

Are you experienced with launching Facebook campaigns for e-commerce?
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Ads Launcher to help us launch campaigns consistently and without errors, and manage Facebook ad comments across our fashion dropshipping stores.

Your Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for setting up ad campaigns and managing Facebook ad comments. You won’t create creatives or design strategy.
Tasks include:
- Launching Facebook ads based on a clear structure
- Setting up targeting, budgets, placements, and naming conventions
- Double-checking for any setup errors before going live
- Reporting launched campaigns and flagging any issues
- Maintaining structure and consistency across ad accounts
- Managing ad comments on Facebook: hiding negative comments, replying to relevant ones, and reporting any major issues to the team

What We Expect From You:
- Proven experience launching Facebook ads
- Proven experience with Facebook ad comment management
- Extreme attention to detail – a single mistake can be very costly
- You can work fast and independently, handling 40-60 product launches per day
- Basic understanding of e-commerce & dropshipping
- Fluent in English and good at communicating quickly when needed
- Stable internet connection and a reliable laptop/PC

- Competitive hourly pay:
Junior ads launcher $3,50 p/hour (1st till 6th month)
Ads launcher $4,00 p/hour (6th till 12th month)
Senior ads launcher $4,50 p/hour (12th till 24th month)
Potential to get an extra $0,50-$1,00 p/hour (per workyear)

Working Hours Note:
In the first 1-2 months, your hours will be semi-fixed so we can support you and answer questions as you learn our systems. Once you’re fully up to speed, your hours will become completely flexible, as long as your tasks are completed on time.
