Customer Support Representative (Full Responsibility – Long-Term Position)

Are you proactive, independent, and experienced in e-commerce customer support? We're looking for a Customer Support Representative who can fully manage and take ownership of our support department for our fast-growing fashion dropshipping stores.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
- You will be in charge of the entire customer support department. Your responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via email
- Handling disputes and chargebacks via Klarna
- Contacting suppliers regarding deliveries, damaged items, or other customer issues
- Providing professional, solution-oriented support and keeping customer satisfaction high
- Reporting recurring issues and suggesting improvements to the team

Who We're Looking For:
- We are not looking for someone who needs constant supervision or reminders. You will be given our full trust and ownership of the department, and we expect you to take that seriously.
- You are independent, organized, and know how to prioritize
- You’re solution-oriented, calm under pressure, and communicate professionally
- You write fluently and mistake-free in English (other languages are a bonus)
- You have experience in customer service for e-commerce or dropshipping
If you’re lazy, need constant direction, or can’t manage your own responsibilities—this role is not for you.

- Competitive hourly pay:
Junior customer service representative (Month 1-6): $3.50/hr
Customer service representative (Month 6-12): $4.00/hr
Senior customer service representative (Month 12-24): $4.50/hr
Annual raises: $0.50-$1.00/hr based on performance
Monthly bonus for meeting KPIs (e.g. response time, satisfaction)

Working Hours Note:
In the first 1-2 months, your hours will not be fully flexible as some supervision and support will be required to help you master the responsibilities. Once you can independently handle the work, your hours become fully flexible—as long as the work gets done on time.
