We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to join our growing team. This is a remote, long-term position ideal for a reliable and autonomous tea
The successful candidate will take ownership of client onboarding, automation setups, and systems optimization within our GHL account. You will help manage client sub-accounts, create streamlined processes, and ensure effective implementation of our marketing strategies, significantly enhancing our client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine client onboarding workflows and automations within GoHighLevel.
- Create, implement, and optimize snapshots for efficient client account setups.
- Strategically implement automations, triggers, and integrations.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges faced by clients.
- Help build, refine, and document internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Contribute to sales funnel development, optimizing client journeys, and enhancing conversion rates.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance system performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working extensively with GoHighLevel CRM.
- Proven experience building and managing workflows, automations, and integrations in GoHighLevel.
- Solid experience with WordPress and general familiarity with common marketing integrations.
- Excellent communication skills (minimum A2 level English proficiency, ideally higher).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards finding solutions independently.
- Demonstrated reliability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency gains.

Compensation:
- Monthly budget range: $800–$1,000 (negotiable based on skill and experience).
