JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a hands-on, smart, and driven marketing partner to help scale our fast-growing sports betting analytics brand.
We have 40K+ followers on Twitter, 400+ active subscribers, and a full suite of custom analytics dashboards (built in Tableau) for MLB, NBA, and NFL prop betting.

You’ll take ownership of several key growth and retention areas:

Own + Lead:
-Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaign creation and creative
-Targeting, testing, and performance optimization
-Retargeting setup and improvement
-A/B testing offers, creatives, and funnel tweaks
-Building a referral / affiliate program
-Email or DM follow-ups for free trials
-Analytics reporting from Google Analytics + ad dashboards
-ConvertKit automations (welcome flows, cancel/save sequences, onboarding emails)

Assist With:
-Funnel optimization on Whop (our landing + payment platform)
- ---------- onboarding automation (e.g., ---------- flows)
-Social media content strategy and post design (with our creative team)
-Possible landing page redesign using Carrd

Data & Dashboard Marketing
-Understand and market our Tableau dashboards (100% Club, Prop Trends, etc.)
-Learn how users engage with our tools and find ways to increase adoption
-Highlight key features of the dashboards in ads, emails, and landing pages
-Suggest improvements based on user feedback or performance trends

Tools We Use
You should be comfortable with or excited to dive into:
-Meta Ads Manager
-ConvertKit
-Google Analytics

-Twitter/X
-Canva
-Carrd (optional, for future landing page testing)

MUST Have:
-Proven experience running Meta ads (not just boosting posts)
-Strong grasp of targeting, conversion tracking, and A/B testing
-ConvertKit email automation experience
-Interest or experience in NBA, MLB, NFL, and sports betting
-Ability to analyze data and act on it (CTR, cost/trial, retention, etc.)
-Comfortable working both creatively and technically

Compensation
-$500–$800/month depending on hours + experience
-Starting at 20–30 hours/week, possibility to grow to full-time
-Performance-based raises + bonuses possible
